Higher channels won't tune in
Hi,
My higher channels are all static. Anything over 13. I have reconfigured the capture device several times: PVR-350 TVOut always and only Capture device TV Tuner Tune to cable (same with on-air) use guide 45434 -> Fairborn -> Time Warner -> Extended Cable Any ideas ? Kind Regards, Paul
