Default Buffer Location With Sage? And Can It Be Moved?
Is the c: drive the default location for Sage buffering, when, say, watching a TV show?
If so, where exactly is it, and can it be moved to a different drive via the properties file? I'm considering an SSD on my Sage server, but I'm not going to burn up the flash with virtually-non-compressible video writes. I've burned up plenty of SSD's before; it does not take long under heavy use with data that cannot be compressed much. And they don't die nicely either...

There is no buffer. Live tv is treated as a regular recording and will be recorded to one of your configured recording directories. If you don't want live tv to be stored on your SSD then just ensure that your SSD isn't configured as one of your recording drives.
