Question about Sage Airing time?

Is the Sage Airing Start Time in EPOCH format with trailing zeros?

It's a java timestamp, which is a 64bit integer (i.e. java long type) representing the number of milliseconds since the epoch.

EDIT: So cutting off the last three digits would give you the typical Unix timestamp value (i.e. the number of seconds since the epoch).
