VIA MII 10000 PVR-350 Lockups

I need some help with the configuration of my hardware.

I have a VIA MII 10000 motherboard.
PVR-350.
Windows 2000.
Sage-TV 2.0 with the malDude STV.

I can't seem to get the system anywhere near stable when watching/recording live tv.

I am to the point where I wouldn't mind rebooting a FEW times a day.

Sage will last anywhere from 30 minutes to about 2 hours before it craps out and the screen locks up.

When that happens, I kill sage and launch winTV....that usually gets the PVR card working again.....then I re-launch sage again.........I repeat this process daily.... I am seemingly stuck in a infintie loop!

I am currently TRYING to use the tv-out on the 350 with OSD enabled.

I believe I got the lastest files from SHS installed as well..

Am I missing something to configure or do I just need to drop kick the PVR-350.

I am just shooting for about 6 hours of uptime without rebooting......

FWIW, have you tried using the stock STV?

yes....any changes that I attempted


....were made to 'FIX' the issue.
