Floating EPG?

Would it be possible to make an EPG that floated over the main picture?

Maybe even link it to a button on the remote so it could appear with only one press?

Or will pigs fly first....

I think I can grant your wish... You can turn on the ability to play videos as the full screen background behind menus & then use the Guide command to jump to the LiveTV Guide while playing a recording. Use the TV command to toggle between the current video & the last menu you were at.

So... are pigs now flying, or is that not what you meant?

Or try the MLBDude2 STV with the enhanced OSD enabled -- he has a mini-EPG that pops up when you use the arrow keys during playback... (and possibly when you hit the 'Guide' button)
