Video window resized?

Hi,

Next problem....

I just found out that I can change the video window size on my desktop in 2.1 even though I'm using the PVR-350 output. I just rightclick on the windowbar and change the size, great! However, once I do this I can't find anyway to get it back to normal size except restarting the SageTV UI. Anyone know how to do this??

Thanks!
Whiskeyjack

Perhaps you want to add other window sizes to the list presented when you right click on the window's title bar? Chapter 8 in the v2.1 manual (bottom of p. 174) lists a new property: quick_menu_sizes.

Thanks for your reply Andy. I was sure that I had read the whole manual...

But in my sage.properties I don't have a "quick_menu_sizes" entry and when I add one like this,

quick_menu_sizes=720x576,640x480,320x240

nothing happens. Still the same options when I rightclick on the bar.

It is easy to miss things.

Are you running the service? If so, the properties for the UI would be in SageClient.properties. And, make sure you exit SageTV before making any changes to the properties file. (Same answer to your other question about the font size: exit SageTV first.)

You're the man!

That fixed it, both problems in one quick fix. Apparantly I never really understod that part with sageclient.properties, thought it had to do with running on a client machine.

Hmmm, what's next?? No more problems....
Got to think hard on this!!

Thanks again! This forum rocks!!
