 If you plan to use an external enclosure for that many SATA drives why not simply purchase a large server case and have them all internal? Or would it be for expanding an existing system? Last edited by SGtheArtist; 07-20-2005 at 12:41 PM.

20 HDDs
 Those future crystal HDDs should replace all of those into a 1in. cube I like the removable HDD racks in the firewire version. It will allow me to only turn on the drives I need and not all 8 whenever I need just 1. It will save on the product life for the HDDs & PSU of the enclosure.
