EPG update time

Hi all

I would like to know if there is a way to schedule the EPG update time to your own preference. I know of the trick to switch some channels on/off to force sagetv to download new epgdata.
However, i am in the Netherlands and use Amontilado's grabber to fetch epg data. This is done at night 0435am. I would like sagetv to load this newly grabbed data at 0530am or so.
Does this mean i have to get out at 0530 to set this as a new time, or can i simply set that time somewhere in properties or registry?
