Sage UI won't maximize at 1080i (1920x1080)

Has anyone run into this problem before? If I either toggle full screen or simply stretch the window to fill a display (Sony HDTV) running 1920x1080, it begins to cut itself off. For Example.

That looks like 4:3 to me. How are you connecting to your TV?

I'm connecting to the TV via HDMI. I've recently upgraded to version 4 from 2.23. This issue did not present itself in the prior version. The UI will fill if I lower the resolution to 1600x900. I've left it this way in order to regain functionality, but the window should stretch under any resolution.
