What MPEG Splitter filter does Sage Use?

It uses the SageTV one. I wrote a custom splitter/demux for Sage.

Is it embedded in the application or is it architected for use by other apps as well? If it works well with all the various HD cards' HD/TS streams you might be able to sell it as a standalone filter.

It shows up in GraphEdit, so anyhting can use it, but we're only talking demultiplexing, not actual audio and video filters.

I believe from experience that the Sage DMUX has problems with a lot of HD transport streams. Sage has said they are working on this.
