I recently, bought a new Sage Client machine and used the 754 socket version of this board, since I was going least cost. This board also meets your requirement for DDR.
It has on board SPDIF, passive cooling and what I like in a motherboard is dynamic fan speed for the CPU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138264 -Polen
