v6 causes client reboot

I thought I'd try the forum before I request tech support. I've been running versions 2 through 5 on my client with no problems. I upgraded my client to V6 (6.0.19) and all is not well. When Sage starts it almost instantly goes Blue Screen of Death and reboots the machine. I've re-installed, clean installed sageclient, upgraded java to 1.5.10 (which I may downgrade later), removed everything that I can think of from startup, to no avail. In the Windows 2000 event log I get the following.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini123106-01.dmp.

0x000007f appears to be in the memory location of ntoskrnl.exe which doesn't help me much. I haven't re-installed V5 yet, because I want v6 to work, and heck I paid for the upgrade for my server (which works fine). What could V6 be doing that V5 didn't, right as it starts loading? Any thoughts?
