Just posting my experience with Auto Sleep on SageMC v6.3.8a and HD media extender.

This thread lists the first version as mvp_autosleep. Configuration is by adding a line to sage.properties specifying the time out. This version works for me.

Later Auto Sleep v1.1 was placed in the download section and reportedly is configurable in sageMC under Extras. This version does not function at all and does not appear under Extras. Manually adding the specified line to sage.properties does not make any difference.

In both cases all changes were made with sage completely shutdown then fire it up and import the xml file.

Is anyone able to get the Auto Sleep v1.1 to work correctly in the default SageTV or SameMC? I didnt see the new line in the properties file after I imported the STVI. I manually added it but it still is not going to sleep.

I just messed with it myself the other day without success. Couldn't get the regular sleep timer or the auto-sleep timer to work with Sage 6.5.9 / SageMC6.3.8b12. It would act like it would work, but just wouldn't put Sage to sleep.
