Audio Fuzz

I have the audio of my capture card going in my motherboard's onboard sound card's line-in. When I used the software that came with the card, the audio works fine. However, when I try with SageTV it's fuzz, static, that's it.

I just installed the latest audio driver and still get fuzz. It's very strange because I'll be getting the fuzz from SageTV and I'll open the other program when the fuzz it still going and it'll start working with the other program. Then when I close that one and change the channel on SageTV the fuzz returns.

My TV Tuner card is an Encore - this one http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16815153002

I have a feeling SageTV is not the problem. If it is or if it isn't does anyone out there know what I can do to fix this? By the way I just downloaded another PVR and it had the same problem. So now I'm really beginning to think it's just my card.

Yet the software that came with it works fine.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
