Got that but only one of each in Sage, no #2's. Very strange.

Wow! That is odd ... seems it windows can see both that Sage would too! Times like this just makes you want to hate computers!

One last shot in the dark, any thought of uninstalling cards .... reboot with them out so systems see's them gone ..... then reinstall one at a time.

Mine were installed one at a time, SAGE was aware of the single card before the second was installed ..... bought second months after first.

I'll give that a try. Had been running just one for about two now and just installed the second one today.

Look in the .properties file for an ignore_encoders property. You may see them listed in there. If you do just stop Sage, remove the entries and restart Sage. You should now see them all.

Then follow the instructions from Narflex that I quoted. Contact support via email and they'll tell you what they need.

Got it working. Found in an unrelated thread someone mention you should stop the sage service when adding hardware. So I stopped the service then went in to device manager and removed the cards, redected and then fired sage up. Now both tuners show up.
