Arghhh...order attempts failing

Bummer, I am attempting order before work and getting the dreaded:
There has been a problem with your order, contact Frey Technologies.
Maybe there is no Santa afterall.

I just ordered one, and it went all the way through just fine. As a matter of fact the confirmation Email showed up before I could even finish reading the order confirmation page.

Now if it works as well as it sounds like it will, I will be ordering another one after the first of the year. For now I can view recorded files just fine with my Roku Photobridge, but I don't get the nice SageTv interface and features.

No more transcoding HD files!

I just knew I should have stayed up later last night, maybe I could have been first.

Ditto on both, and I almost never bend-over for faster shipping

I went with the 3 day shipping. I wish this was coming from NewEgg, they have a distribution center in NJ and I usually get 2 day shipping for the regular price since I live in CT.

But this gives me a chance to get the newest version of SageTv onto my server before my HDX arrives. I think I may even start with a fresh sage.properties on this installation since mine has stuff in it dating back to v3, some of which probably isn't used any more.

same here. Got that error from home earlier, then again just now trying from work. Sent an email to support with a screenshot of my denied order. Glad I could once again be included in the select few that something does not just work for out of the box.

blah, found that my credit card company had locked my card without bothering to notify me because of slightly "excessive" use during the Christmas holiday shopping days. Did the same thing to me last year without letting me know and left my wife hanging trying to pay for groceries at the store. I am all for security and all, but having a cash register clerk let me know it is blocked instead of a call at home does not make for a happy customer. But now it looks like Frey has me blocked, sigh.

Happy Day is here.

Got my order in. I sure hope they have a bunch of these ready to ship. I would hate to have a week of processing time.
