Channel changing issue

Not sure if I am starting to see this problem as well. But over the past few weeks I have noticed that my tuners have been getting "stuck" on channel "1". Apparently once the tuner gets set to channel "1" it will not accept and IR channel change, I have to manually change the channel. Which means no more channel changing. Channel 1 is a stupid VOD channel.

I checked through my recordings to find out when the tuner got stuck on channel 1. Well you can clearly see in that recording the onscreen cable channel change being entered in the recording. It is trying to tune channel "111", however what happens is it enters "11" and then a long pause (tuner changes to 11) and then it enters "1" then tuner changes to channel "1".

What is odd is I have not had any issues with my USBUIRT changing channels on 2 tuners since I set it up 3 years ago. Curious as to why this is happening now, note the only change I have had is a couple of weeks ago I updated SageTV.
