Cool. Can you post the config for making all that work with your plugin?

thanks!

Exclamation minor tweak... 1.0a

Let's try this one more time

If anybody has already downloaded 1.0 you will want to download 1.0a and do your import again (but not on top of an STV with NetFlix already loaded).

I realized there was a minor theme reference change that will cause a title on each page to display out of place. (If you have the SlimPlayer installed then you may not see the flaw)

Does this plugin work on a SageTV client PC? I would think it does, but wasn't sure. I'm assuming it would not work on a SD or HD extender though.

Can't wait to update my SageTV (serverPC) to the latest version Morgan!

I can't remember hearing anybody comment on the MVP, but it should work. Trailers yes but Watch It Now shows, no. HD Extender definitely works, but again, only trailers.

No problems on a PC Client. That is one reason I am holding off on any more HD extenders.

You have to know the pixel coordinates for the mouse clicks. I have one LCD monitor at 1680x1050 mapped out for the LM Remote software and another one at 1366x768 that I will be getting a profile for later as well.

Ugh... I see why you ask now!

Morgan,

this is awesome now, being able to browse through all available videos !!

Question: is anyone able to select a different episode for Watch-Now TV Series ? As soon as I click on 'Next' I get a connection error, and this happens on all my computers. Wondering if this is an issue with their server...

Anyway, thanks again for this great plugin !

Dirk

Dirk,
Do you mean after watching episode 1 of a tv show, you can't go to episode 2 by selecting "next?" I haven't tried it yet, but will - just need to confirm I understand your question.

Thanks,

Hi Brent,

no, actually I'm trying to select "Next" right after Episode one starts playing. Is this not supported ? I was just thinking let's say if I already watched the first Episode and want to watch the next one another day, there should be some way to get there without having to watch all preceding episodes first. Or am I wrong ?

Thanks,
Dirk

Just installed on my server PC. Love the update. As Dirk said, it's really nice to be able to browse the watch-now movies/shows. By the way, how did you access the watch-now shows Morgan? It can't be from a rss feed as there isn't one for watch-now as far as I know. Is there another way to list all the watch-now's in a web browser?

By the way, I am seeing a minor menu problem. The items in my main menu (for the Netflix plugin) are off center a little. Here's a screen-shot:

Notice the "browse watch now" titles and "search movie title" is off to the right one character? This isn't a big deal, but thought I'd mention it.

Love the update - thanks for the great work Morgan!

Dirk,
I just tried this. I played Dexter Season 1 via the plugin, and then with my PC mouse, selected "next". It did go to the second episode of Dexter after a short pause while it loaded the next Dexter episode. So I think it works.

Thanks Brent for confirming this, I guess then it's something with my systems...

Thanks! There's lots of page scraping going on. That is how I get the list of genre's and the list of all DVD and their details.

That is interesting. Did you load it right after the SageMC STV or were there other imports? The selection bar does not line on top of any lines?

Well. Actually I did the following:
Import SageMC (a fresh version with no imports)
Import MC Video Tools
Import Video Edit
Import Google Calendar
Then, Import Netflix Plugin.

I'll do a do-over and try it with the Netflix plugin as the first import after a fresh SageMC to see if it makes a difference.

Actually I think the selection bar was okay, just a screen-shot taken at a bad time

Dirk
When I was playing with the remote control software I did also notice that I was seeing an error message sometimes. Other times, maybe different shows, it worked OK. I don't recall seeing that before, so maybe NetFlix is having issues.

But, the next significant release should add the capability on the movie details screen to show the list of episodes from a series along with episode recap, and allow you to watch the individual episodes.

I also plan to have that video details screen include a list of buttons at the bottom for all listed actors that will allow you to bring up a list of videos for each of the actors.

Everything is looking good but I must have a funky DSL connection.
Would it be possible to increase the buffer size, or even let the entire trailer load prior to it starting to play?
I am having to restart the playback 3-4 times before it will play through.

Is this possible? Maybe a setting in the Netflix Extra menu?

I also use the Movietimes plugin and don't have problems when those playback?

***EDIT***
After installing the Sage 6.10 update the buffer is working better as far as not having to restart the playback 30 seconds into the video.

Interested in how you are using the LM keymapper to control the Netflix site.

Just curious Morgan, what do you use to do the page scraping? I'm looking for a way to list all Netflix watch-now movies for another purpose.

Thanks much for the update. Absolutely love the new Instant browse feature.

As a confirmation, I am seeing similar issues to Brent with my menus not being quite lined up.
