Difference in Placeshifter and Client

ok, can someone explain what the difference is between PlaceShifter and Client?

When you purchase the SageTV software, for 99$, do you get the Server, Client and PlaceShifter?

I see 2 software bundles for $99. One has the Server and Client, the other has the Server and Placeshifter.

Placeshifter is client software that utilizes the server for everything like the extenders do, it will work across the internet.

Client is client software that runs on Windows and only works on the same LAN as the server.

The server includes a copy of client for it's local interface, this only works on the same machine the server runs on.
