Sage guide hasn't updated channels

My satellite company added and changed the channel designations of a few channels - Sage has not picked up the changes - I have looked thru the manual but cannot find anything on calling for a mandatory update of guide info.

It worked when Zap2it was around as a user account service, but since upgrading to v.6xx and since Zap2it has left, the updated channel info has not arrived (weeks past)

any ideas?

There is a FAQ with things to try for EPG data that is not updating or for incorrect listings.

thanks - by dropping the Hauppauge and then re-entering all channels the problem still wasn't solved, but I was at least able to enter the missing channels manually, so we got there one way or the other.
