HD200 Woes - Fixed: Cable Issue

I'm still working through this and would love any comments people might have. I just installed the latest FW on the HD200. I can't find any force HDMI option when using the HD200 with a TV. Has anyone fixed this problem? Any support guys have any ideas?

The "Force HDMI Display Mode" option is available in standalone mode by going to Settings -> Advanced Setup -> Multimedia. It is not an option listed while using the HD200 in extender mode connected to a SageTV server.

Thanks a ton. Apparently it just takes a LONG time to pair up. Had to wait like 3 minutes for the monitor and the HD200 to shake hands.

I am using the HDMI to HDMI cable that was shipped with th 200 and I have the same problems as above. I tried all the suggestion stated above with no luck.

I think this may be a 'mee tooooo' item; I had started a new thread for this. I'm going to set 'force hdmi enabled' and then sit and see if it eventually gets acquainted.

It does NOT just get acquainted.

And its a real fun time trying to get the force hdmi turned off again when this setting squirrels up the component signal too.

I think I'm having the same issue. I can connect by composite. But not HDMI. I'm going to try another HDMI cable when I get the chance.

When I try the HDMI cable, I get the sage tv logo at 1080i and then black screen then it appears to re-boot and start again, with the sage tv logo.

ps. This is with the latest "release" firmware and Sage Server 6.5.7

I doubt its the cable. I've tested three different cables now: same problem.
