Thanks for the info - Looks like it might be this one and not the one I posted in my last post. Unfortunately, this one has PCI-e interface whereas I was looking for one with the PCI interface. They do make a similar one with PCI interface but that has the VIA chipset and not JMicron. Oh well... thanks anyways!

I understand that most eSATA multi-drive enclosures, with or without internal RAID, use port replicators. And I don't think there's a speed penality.
