Installed the S7VME in the little PowMax case, installed the cpu & 256M ram, hooked up all the cables, and after hooking up the second power supply cable that is not mentioned in the mobo manual and was not required on my other mATX mobo, it works.
Very quick. Awaiting the arrival of the Matrox G450 video card on Monday to do the complete install and move the 200G drive over.
Cooking it in with win2K. So far the 230W power supply is doing well.
