Formerly the "SHAW Cable and Shaw Direct Channel Logo Pack" it has grown and now covers most of the Canadian TV providers, see the following thread for details,

I am about 60% done converting the pack to transparent and hopefully will have posted by the weekend some time. I will be posting as a separate plug-in.
