SET UP ReadyNAS NV+ for use with HD300

Hi,
I just bought the HD300 which is on the way, and a ReadyNAS NV+ that I plan to rip my media to. My plan is to use the HD300 in standalone mode in my HT & possibly add a second for my living room down the road.

I haven't configured the NAS or burned anything on there yet and as a total newbie to this game I'd appreciate any advice on setting it up to work properly. I have no intentions of using it for anything but media.

I did read some issues on this forum with a ReadyNAS and didn't see any solutions, I hope I didn't buy a unit that won't work for what I'm after.
