I had to clear the cache, exit firefox, and then restart firefox for the logo to be fixed...but it is fixed now.

Couldn't get Bookmarks to show icon for Firefox 4 cleared cache several times and restarted with no change. Went back to 3.6.16, cleared cache, exited and restarted Firefox. Icon now fixed.
