I have a 13+ year old URC MX-500 that I honestly wouldn't even know how to program at this point. It's huge, destroys batteries in no time, but can't be lost in the couch (won't fit between the cushions). It's got something broken inside and rattling around - yet still works flawlessly after all this time. I've yet to find a button layout that I like from any other remote.
