College Baseball is getting started this week. Any chance we could get it added to the list of SRE-supported events? If so, please let me know if you need any info. Thanks!

It looks like the data source is there, so it should be a quick update.

Edit: Version 1.6 has been submitted and should be available soon. It makes college baseball support available. Please report back after you've have a chance to use it.

MLB pre-season started a few days ago. SRE says that it's not monitored and the livepvrdata shows no games for today. Restarted last night, but still nothing. Pre-season not in the feeds?

Ive lucked out and the games have all ended under the 3 hr epg timeslot. See attached.

Well this is odd. I run 2 sage machines (one for a friend, which is having the problems) and mine. Mine shows baseball working fine, and shows the Reds game as in progress. His doesn't. I guess I'll need to look into it a little more and see if his is updating correctly. There's a bunch of stuff mine has that his shows as "no games for this date".

I looked into it. His is showing all the right info except MLB. The reason all of the shows are ending on time is they're pre-recorded and the station is fitting them in. Really no need for SRE on these, but regular season starts in a few weeks. I looked through the log files, and it had an error about the events not being marked live so it was ignoring it. I enabled that in the config screen, and get a new error:

It looks like Livepvrdata isn't getting the right info. Is there a way to force a refresh, and see what the logs say?

LivePVRData is refreshed every time you make a request more than 2 minutes after the last request. (like when you view the events page)

Are both systems up to date with the latest versions (both SRE and LivePVRData)? MLB is working here too, so I'm not sure what's going on with your friend's system. Basically all livepvrdata does is go out to the web and grab the scores.

Edit: Update submitted. As soon as it is accepted, version 1.5.1 of Live PVR Data Server will be available. It should fix the issue (and allow monitoring of all Division-I games).

The 2+ minute timer helped in my troubleshooting. Apparently a side effect for installing a VPN client on the system caused ESPN to block concurrent requests. It killed the baseball score feed every time, but others were unaffected. They could have been affected, but there were no games so I couldn't tell. I turned off the VPN, livepvrdata updated perfectly. Turned it back on, waited, and no more baseball. Bye bye VPN.

Thanks for your help Skiingwiz. I'll always be a diehard SRE user until sage doesn't work any longer!

Except there should be NBA games listed for today as today is the final day of the regular season - but I have noticed that they are sometimes missing earlier in the day.
