Random - No Sound on ITV1 recordings

Hi I'm using winterhill transmitter, and for months now I have random ITV1 recordings with no sound (picture perfect) Up until last week I was using a number of Hauppauge HVR-1700 tuners.
Last week I moved to quad TBS HD tuner and find I still have the same issue on random shows and it seems to also be on the ITV1 HD channel as well ???

These are the entries from my frequency file

CH:3 onid:9018 tsid:16520 sid:17608 frq:737800000 band:8 ctrl:1 #:ITV1-HD
CH:13 onid:9018 tsid:8203 sid:8267 frq:778000000 band:8 ctrl:1 #:ITV1

Only seems to happen on ITV1 as far as I can remember, certainly never on BBC1. The program before and after can be ok.

Any suggestions welcome as its always the thing my wife and kids want to watch :-(

I've looked in explorer and noticed the effected files have a "size" but no "length" so I assume they are somehow getting corrupted
