Handling of dates in TV shows
Hi
I'm just starting with this so apologies if this is a simple question. I have a regular soap opera where the filename is in the format Code:
title YYYYMMDD.pdtv.capper.avi What's my best option for handling these automatically? I guess that I could use regex to rename the files to Code:
title YYYY-MM-DD.pdtv.capper.avi Cheers Eric |

BMT sees the YYYY and assumes it is a movie because that is the movie format it searches for. TV shows are "Title - S01E01" with the season and episode numbers.

YYYYMMDD is not configured in the TV Scrapers. You can try to add a new scraper for this... or it might be easier to rename to the supported format YYYY-MM-DD
