Jere and Brian
Thanks for signing up and you are welcome (I got both of your emails saying thanks)

sorry all out myself
glad they are giving out more invites

and remember only ask one person

and if you ask two people for an account

at least let the other one know that you already have one

(Bubbaslash from HTPCnews picked up my floating invite from the general discussion forum)

I got my Gmail account in this thread from Insomniac (thanks!) and now I have two to give away.

The first two to PM me with first name, last name and email address get them.

I think they must be at the end of the beta testing phase, since there aren't many folks who seem to either not have one or who want one. I have a bunch left and no one really seems to want them! No skin off my back, I just think it's funny that at one point folks were selling invites on ebay and now it seems no one's that interested! FWIW, it really is a great email system. With a couple of tweaks, I think it's almost exactly what I need.

So... now I see that I have 6 more available too. Are there still people out there who want a gmail account & don't already have one? No PMs this time -- post a request & if no one else says they are offering you an invite, I will reply & send a PM.

- Andy

P.S. I merged these 2 gmail invite threads, since they both seemed active... I figured: why not put them all in one place for easy access?

We could always invite each other 6 more times... and when gmail sees how successful we are about inviting new users, they will give us more invites to share...
