HD300 pixellation

I recently upgraded my HD200 with a couple of HD300s sold on bay.

One of them has started to behave strangely.

When anything moves quickly on the screen - either video or just moving between sage menu options the screen becomes pixellated.

it appears as clusters of short horizontal stripes typically close to the fast changing area of video but also in two vertical stripes down the left portion of the screen going from top to bottom:

etc etc

These come and go depending on whats happening.

I unplugged and booted the unit up again and also rebooted my router and it made no difference,

I tend to leave the HD300s on most of the time and this one was getting very hot.

I'm hoping when I get home after a day on standby the problem will go

Anyone seen this before?
