HD300 Freezing
My new HD300 will freeze during playback and require a hard reboot to restart. I updated to the newest firmware when I placed it in use (not using beta). Was this a known issue? Should I update to the beta firmware (saw it had issues as well)

I run the beta on all my HD300's. No freezing. Pick the beta that have issues you can live with.

On my current HD300 (I think I am running the latest beta), I find it freezes up temporarily on certain MKV files when I start to play them. It sometimes starts playing it correctly after like 30 seconds of freezing. Other times it I have to reboot it.
PLEX on the other hand would play it immediately without any trouble. I assume it might be having some trouble with some newer file formats. Has anyone seen this problem? Is this be something that can be addressed with the open source of SageTV?
