Maybe you are also affecting the 'unavailable_channel_nums' and/or 'unavailable_stations' properties; by accident if not on purpose.
I don't remember hearing from anyone else about disabled channels getting enabled after this process.

I think the second time this happened to me, I thought that maybe I had deleted those properties as well by mistake. I ensured the last 3 or so times I've had to do this that I did not, but the disabled channels keep coming back each time. Don't know what to say.... Just something I deal with now. I just write down the list of of channels I have active before I start the process to clear the no data problem. Better than before where I'd actually have to fire up my backup sat receiver and get the list of active channels in my subscription from there.
