Use FLIRC as interface between Streamzap remote & Sage on Win 10?

This question is related to another thread I started recently. In looking at different products and remotes, it looks like FLIRC might work. Has anyone tried this?

FLIRC is a solution that will work with pretty much any IR remote and SageTV.

I got my FLIRC yesterday and it works great! I'll post a new thread with what I found to be the best way to set up FLIRC for Sage.
