It's interesting that on several channels your signal strength is so high (~80%) but the quality is so low (~50%). This might mean your cable or connectors are distorting the signal somehow (old cable, mismatched impedance, unused or unterminated branches on the cable run, etc). If you are using an amplifier it might be amplifying an already poor quality signal resulting in a stronger but still poor quality signal.

In my setup/experience, signal quality below 75% results in poor or failed recordings.

Totally agree. If you download the HDHR software package from https://www.silicondust.com/support/downloads/ and install it, you will get the hdhomerun_config_gui program. With this program you can pick the tuner and then select a channel, and it will show this info in real time (i.e. updating constantly).

If you have a laptop, you can run this and carry it with you as you check out all your cables, amp, splitters, etc. and see what makes a difference. Also, you can adjust the direction of your antenna and using this program you can see the result as you turn the antenna.
