I have not, but Sage is I believe in the later versions.

Should I be seeing both of these windows overlayed like this? Or should I only be seeing one?
And, how do I shut one of them off?
It's pretty annoying to see two.

Thanks guys...
Scott
There is only supposed to be one. The one with nav arrows overrides the other one. I either broke something recently or you are the first to notice .

You get this dounble channel image when you have your channel-up button on your remote mapped to "control-up". If you change that to "up" ( or Page-up) your problem is solved.
I am of course not certain whether you can do this, since I don't know what Remote you use. You can see the difference by typing these ( up; page-up, ctrl-up) on your keyboard first.

Actuall jan is right. That is there by design. If you do a command to invoke the mini-guide to channel surfing on a previously recorded show it will come up WITH the current shows name and description. If the show was currently recording it would replace the current shows OSD since the current show is IN the min-guide.

in past releases you had only one bar for the miniguide
if the info bar was up and you hit up or down the info bar became the miniguide

Only for LiveTV or currently recording shows. This is ok since I can pull the current shows info from the currently airing list. For previously recorded shows that info is not in the current list so both are displayed.

Feature request: any chance that in Recordings, you could italicize a folder if all the shows in the folder have been watched?

Probably not (don't like the italics), but it might be nice to have the watched icon on a group title if all sube elements are watched.

Can you add modules to this STV??? For some reason I thought that you couldn't. Did you add the weather suite then since this already has weather built in?
Thanks

That's actually what I meant, but I'd been playing with an original STV on another machine and the italics were in my head!

The request is simply to have notification that everything in the group/folder has been watched.

Andy.

Is there an option somewhere to update the media library? I know other STVs have this, maybe I just can't find it...

Thanks

If you mean refresh the media library there is an options menu item in My videos. Can't remember if I put it in My Music.

Or you can choose to modify your library folders from any library options menu then just click complete or continue or whatever I called it.

you do not have to add it or use it
it is just a feature request that I am sure many of us could use
it is a clean way to play archived DVDs in SageTV

Sorry I did not try to sound short or mean. I would only take that tone with you since I "know" you well. .

Honestly though I don't want to add anything that is not really needed (this one for example since Sage works well with the IFO file structure) to try and avoid unnecessary complexity for both me and the user.
