Are there any plug ins that would allow me to display a PDF file in Sage?

Not that I am aware of. There are Java libraries that support displaying .pdf files which means it can be done if somebody decides to give it a try.

Can I ask what you are trying to accomplish? There might be workarounds based on what you want to accomplish - like are you looking to display a page or read a book?
