SageTV Community - Problem with channel tuning on PVR150

I've had a problem tuning to the proper channel on my PVR150.

I initially load up all the data from the EPG. I then do a scan for all available channels, but almost half of them aren't 'green dotted', but seem to tune in decently.

Well, I'll check my SageTV Server in a day or two, and that channel has gone from 'decent looking' to 'out of tune'.

I have a PVR250 in the house, and I don't seem to run into this problem on it.

Also, hardware-wise, I've tried changing the entire computer that the PVR150 was operating in, and I'm still getting the same problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This server is for my Mom. I need to it work without intervention, as I'm going to be moving away within the year.
