Happens to me as well. Seems random as to when it changes, sometimes it will last for a while, sometimes it changes after a couple days of changing the setting.

BMT will add the metadata to the imports and can change them to sage recordings. I also use Gemstone to help control what media shows up under each menu. I think Phoenix will do that as well.

I put the HD300 into the Xbox One this weekend as well. Saw the same issue with it locking up the passthrough in menus. Its almost at a point where it is unusable.

Noticing some channels with No data. Was able to fix one by disabling and enabling the channel in the line-up.

Tried a EPG refresh from the web page, we'll see what happens.
