TV Recordings not Showing UP

Here is un update of the install issues.
The SageTV HD300 Extender is trying to access IP 192.168.1.109 and my PC's address was 192.168.1.102. I had my friend change my PC address to the .109,

That clears up some questions. I now know what a client is. When I bot the thing nowhere did I read that the HD300 was the client. Good News.

That is technical.
When I ping from my computer do I put the computer IP address in or the HD Server IP address? Is there a way to ping from the HD Server?
