make sure you have ffmpeg in the right place on your pc. Get ffmpeg 4 ... make sure it is in C:\ffmpeg\bin.. Other than that you are looking good ... good job.

1rst thing you need is to click on the number of channels for TVE on Channels DVR and write down the name at the very top. Replace XXXXXX with that name.... also get the correct ip of your Channels...
