New FTA channel is mpeg4

We just got a new FTA channel here in Australia (7food) - but after adding it to my lineup in SageTV, I get the following error while trying to preview it on my server:

Already done that - server is fully up to date....

Already done that - server is fully up to date. My server reports the correct time, it's SageTV which is getting it wrong.

A bit more information on this - programs seem to be recording at the correct times, the EPG is one hour out on the server, but so is the server itself, so at least we're not missing recordings ......
