downgrading unraid helped a little... but I guess there are limitations on just how...

So... got a free decommissioned "server" from work, so I did the only logical thing with it... I installed unraid & sageTV docker on it...

so, things aren't exactly going very well...

yup, worked perfectly... just ever since V9/unRaid Docker Sage has been so trouble free, I have not really needed to spend any time tweaking/etc and I have forgotten about all the under the hood...

I did not have time to try the Firmware fix, but next time I get over there seems like an easy enough thing to at least try... and it seems to fit the symptoms...

they tend to be very stable...
a bit pricey, but stable...

it queued up all the episodes to convert, then as it went to convert them it immediately failed and went on to the next episode that also immediately failed......

just use the skip forward/back (I for get which one of the 3 sets do it, but one of them does...) keys on the remote...

as an added benefit, since the Sage stuff is stored in its on folder/location/something, you can blow away the docker, nuke the docker,...

just curious, I was just about to start playing with my SageTV client on my desk top (win7), and it claims the connection to the server is lost?
tried turning off the firewall on my PC, no help......

and yes, I set JVM heap to like 4 gig or something... and for some reason (could be my imagination?) Docker Sage does not seem to use it up as quickly as windows did...

it just works... cycle through the different modes till you get to 1080P (assuming you have that one enabled on the HDx00) and...
