I'm pretty sure we've fully moved to using x-vfs.xml at this point. The original vfs.xml file was probably orphaned and not properly removed. It should be safe to manually move or delete it.

I fired up SageMC and you're right. The pictures don't group by folder anymore. After thinking about it, I think this might be the result of changes made to the core that eliminated the file path...
