I found it too limiting. You don't get full control of every button on the harmony remotes. It's been a long time but there were a couple of buttons that could not be reprogrammed to what I wanted....

I was on 7.1.5 so took it as a sign to finally upgrade to 7.1.9 and that fixed the issue.

Since you have a general slowdown everywhere, I'm going to say you likely have some plugins causing the slow down.

My problem is purely DVD playback.
