SageTVTranscoder.exe unable to encode h.264 with a profile other than baseline?

Has anyone been able to create an H.264 transcoding format specifying the video profile (baseline, high, etc)?.. or is Sage's port of ffmpeg plagued by this issue: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/387...

I wouldn't have high hopes for this.. neulion uses a proprietary codec similar to h.264, but not the same. So, you'd have to reverse engineer the encoding algorithm in order to decode it.
