My system in the last two weeks has become so un-reliable, I'm about ready to rebuild from scratch. I put in a reboot script to reboot the box every morning at 5 AM. I can't hardly go a full day...

Too each his own, that's what so great about having choices... for me, the must watch content is on the major networks, so 75% of what I make time for and watch is on those few channels in the lowest...

I also tried deleting a ton of the older recordings in my rec list that I no longer would be likely to watch, and that hasn't seemed to make a difference. I'm at about 50% of my 1.5TB available.

I threw up a couple of snapshots of my Malore changes just to show what it looks like. I haven't addressed the scrolling issue I mentioned earlier, but for me, this increases the usability greatly.
