I have Comcast/Xfiniti and almost everything is copy freely. A few premium channels are copy once, but not that many. My HDHomeRun with a cable card in it works great.

During the time this log was generated did you see the weather update? From the log I can see that the plugin fetched the updated forecast but I can't see if those updates were reflected in the UI.

The log shows that *many*of the plugins are in the failed state. Can you reboot the machine and post the entire logfile? We need to see why so many of your plugins are failing.
