DVBT support is only beta in the current version.
It might be a while before hybrid cards are detected correctly.
I don't know of anyone else who has tried a T300.

You can select AC3 audio in the Sage setup.

I can't get the DTV1000 to scan channels or even manual editing of the FRQ file. A fix is being worked on at the moment.

Since you don't know what the EHome services are then that's the reason why SageTV won't tune because XPMCE likes to hog the DVB-T Card and not let anything else use it.
